Agustin Quiles - Founding President

In the past 10 years, Agustin, has served as an organizer with faith-based communities, including mobilizing grassroots and grasstops in the State of Florida and across the nation. Some of his work included, advocating for educational equity, immigration reform, criminal justice reform, ending poverty and mobilizing for global missions. He previously served in several leadership roles including, Representative of Central Florida for Urban Strategies, National Director of Mobilization for the National Latino Evangelical Coalition, Florida Representative for the Evangelical Immigration Table / National Immigration Forum, National Director for Hispanic Relations & Partnerships at Wycliffe USA and has served as a consultant for organizations who aspire to engage the Hispanic faith community. 

In 2016, Agustin founded Mission Talk, a network of young Latin@ leaders that gathers every year for a conference in the State of Florida, to discuss global missions, community transformation and justice work. Since its beginnings, hundreds of leaders have been trained and exposed to resources and organizations doing great transformative work. The conference has become a place where likeminded Christ centered young leaders come together to build life-long relationships and partner to advance the common good.

Agustin, graduated from the Interameican University of Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Cristina, have been happily married since 2011.
